Deanna has nearly a decade of healthcare leadership experience, most recently serving as the Head of Global Patient Services (GPS), Executive Health, and Concierge Medicine for Cleveland Clinic London (CCL). During her four years in this role, she oversaw the development and activation of the GPS Department which coordinates end-to-end care for international patients across all services lines. Her responsibilities also included executing on the international strategy for CCL including identification of key markets, opportunities for growing referral sources, and determining optimal market entry tactics aligning to overall enterprise goals. Additionally, she led the development, promotion and operational management of Executive Health and Concierge Medicine programs.
Prior to joining the London team, Deanna served as the Administrator for the Department of Critical Care Medicine in Respiratory Institute overseeing all medical ICUs for Cleveland Clinic’s Ohio market. She first joined Cleveland Clinic in 2014 as an Administrative Fellow, leading strategic and operational projects across the enterprise.
Deanna received her Master’s Degree in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Healthcare Administration from Baldwin Wallace University.
