Jason Walsh, MBA, RN, is senior director of business operations and business development at The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center – James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute (OSUCCC – James), an internationally renowned institution that integrates groundbreaking cancer research with innovative clinical care for patients with cancer from around the world. For over 15 years, he has been a noteworthy executive in the health care industry, serving in such prominent roles as administrative director of critical care, emergency services and patient transportation, and as director of emergency services and patient transportation, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center before assuming his current role in 2018. Jason has been honored for his visionary thinking and business innovations, which range from commercializing hospital data assets to drive research and innovation, to acquiring a direct-to-employer benefit program called CancerBridge – a confidential navigation service provided by cancer experts at the OSUCCC – James to all employees and their immediate family members. Jason has a bachelor’s degree in nursing and psychology from Kent State University and an MBA from Fisher College of Business at Ohio State. He resides in Columbus, Ohio.
