Lawrence Crowther has been helping business owners solve problems and meet their goals for more than 35 years. This experience has enabled him to develop a broad and practical understanding of the issues challenging businesses of all sizes including finance, business transactions and distribution. He is proud of his ability to work across multiple departments within a company in order to identify and implement cost-effective legal and business strategies proactively and under continually changing market conditions.

Larry’s experience includes:

  • Business contract negotiations
  • Purchase and Supply agreements
  • Credit and other financing agreements, including dealer floor plan and retail financing programs
  • Protection of creditor’s rights and purchases of assets in insolvency and bankruptcy matters
  • Buy/Sell Agreements

Larry also facilitates:

  • The acquisition, licensing and protection of intellectual property, with a focus on domestic and international trademark rights
  • The organization, operation and dissolution of joint ventures
  • The purchase and sale of assets, both internationally and domestically

In furtherance of the firm’s international business practice, Larry is the primary firm representative to the International Advisory Group (IAG), an association of independent professional firms from around the world providing legal and financial counsel to international clients.
