Michael Urse is a partner in PwC’s US International Tax Practice, as well as a member of the national Integrated Global Structuring group. In these roles, Michael advises clients on a broad range of international tax matters—including tax-efficient foreign acquisition structuring and integration, strategies to increase foreign source income and methods to improve cash redeployment and repatriation.
Michael has 30 years of international tax experience serving numerous US and foreign based multinationals. He lectures frequently and has published on a variety of international tax subjects. Michael is an adjunct professor of the master’s level international tax course at the University of Akron, as well as a CPA licensed to practice in Ohio. He received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from The Ohio State University.
