Paul Bell is the senior director of Supply Chain for Space and Launch Systems. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Supply Chains across Government and Commercial Satellite programs, Human Launch Exploration Vehicles, and key Proprietary efforts developing sourcing strategies, affordability, contract execution, and leveraging One Boeing.
Bell started his career with Boeing Defense, Space and Security in February of 2003. He has held various positions in accounting, finance, and supply chain. In his previous role, Bell served as director of Supply Chain for Missiles Systems. This included Ground Based Mid-Course Defense and Strategic Deterrent Systems. In addition, he led the Missiles and Weapons Systems Commodity Contracting teams as well as Collins Aerospace, Aerojet Rocketdyne, and General Dynamic’s contracting teams covering all Boeing Defense, Space and Security Systems procurement activities.
He has led multiple projects enterprise-wide, including MRP deployment, Partnering for Success, BDS Supplier Management Optimization, Supply Chain Risk and Strategy, and Supply Chain Metrics & Reporting.
Paul holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Business Economics and Finance from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and a Masters of Business Administration from Webster University in St. Louis.
